Operations Coordinators

Australia based.

We’re on the search for two Operations Coordinators to work consecutively between Vanuatu, aboard our response vessel M.V. HELPR 1, and our head office in Noosa, Queensland.

Dynamic and resourceful, the Operations Coordinators will take charge of the intricate planning, management, coordination, and execution of HELPR-1’s logistical activities. Responsibilities extend from coordinating with provincial teams and leading briefings to mentoring the onboard Logistics Officer and managing the Green Energy project team.

The ideal candidates bring a blend of organisational prowess, leadership skills, and adaptability to seamlessly navigate the demands of both field and office settings. If you are passionate about contributing to impactful health initiatives and thrive in a role that demands versatility and strategic coordination, we invite you to apply.

But hurry, we’re looking for at least one of the positions to start in early January, with immediate deployment to Port Vila, Vanuatu. Please note that given that a significant portion of the role will involve being onboard HELPR-1, it’s essential to be at ease with extended periods spent at sea.

Green Energy Team Vacancies

Vanuatu based.
No Fly In/Fly Out options.

Using HELPR-1 as a platform to access the remote islands of Vanuatu, a Green Energy Team has been formed in order to support Vanuatu’s efforts towards achieving rural electrification through an audit of the existing energy infrastructure in these remote locations, with a particular focus on renewable energy and storage solutions. Additionally, the mission aims to understand the aspirations and specific requirements of the villages in terms of future energy needs. To accomplish this, a data officer and two solar technicians are required to record and collate data and to repair and install infrastructure.
