Business travel during a pandemic

SAP Concur’s Global Business Traveler Report and Global Travel Manager Report for 2021 present interesting findings showing that 96% of global business travellers are willing to travel for business over the next 12 months, however addressing their demands for flexibility may prove essential for companies’ long-term success.

Almost a third of business travellers surveyed would ask to limit travel if their company does not implement policies or measures to help protect their health and safety, by allowing them to select their preferred accommodation, preferred mode of travel, book travel directly on supplier websites, and decide the length of their trip.
