Grant Thornton approached Respond Global to develop a fit-for-purpose approach to a phased return of COVID-Safe operations across 6 office locations. The emphasis was very much on ensuring that local context was taken into consideration when adapting and applying global, national and state protocols, to ensure the safety of staff, clients and contracted service providers.

Our proposal to Grant Thornton outlined two main areas of recommended assistance:

Preparation: Support risk assessments, prevention and response plans and related implementation protocols in an environment in which COVID-19 continues to circulate.

Training: Develop and deliver staff and partner training and webinars and including training that will be accessible to cleaning contractors employed by Grant Thornton.
