Established in 1900, Colin Biggers & Paisley is an Australian legal practice focused on delivering a full range of legal services to the insurance, construction, property and business services sectors in Australia and abroad. Colin Biggers & Paisley’s purpose is to collectively build and secure the future of its clients, colleagues and community.

In March 2020 when the pandemic began, the legal practice took immediate steps to ensure all their people remained safe. Furthermore, it enacted its Pandemic Plan, a component of their broader Business Continuity Plan (BCP). The BCP team met daily to ensure the practice was minimising risk in all the ways that it could. Their response and approach were guided by safety – employee, client and the broader community.

Respond Global was approached by Colin Biggers & Paisley to work with them in reviewing their current COVID-19 protocols, plans and implementation strategy in an effort to keep their employees and clients safe. The work to date has involved site visits, both in person and virtual, and a series of ongoing webinars to CBP clients across numerous industries including aged care and disability services.

Colin Biggers & Paisley have subscribed to Respond Global’s COVID-Ready Portal, a data intelligence tool that assists business to interpret localised health risk assessments and translate them to implementable mitigation protocols via an easy to understand traffic light alert system, helping them to guide their risk management approach on a daily basis.
